Briarwood Apartments
Owned and managed by the Housing Authority of the County of DeKalb, Briarwood Apartments was built in 1994 as affordable housing. It consists of 48 apartments in six buildings: sixteen 1-bedroom apartments, twenty-four 2-bedroom apartments, and eight 3-bedroom apartments. It is maintained as affordable housing with income guidelines and remains consistent with the Housing Authority’s mission of providing safe, decent, and affordable housing opportunities. Briarwood Apartments accepts Housing Choice Vouchers participants.
