Mason Court Apartments were first occupied in the fall of 1971.  Mason Court Apartments was constructed as housing for families.  Mason Court Apartments consists of 13 duplex units and a community center.  This provides family housing in 12 two-bedroom apartments and 14 three-bedroom apartments.
