Golden Years Plaza was first occupied in the fall of 1970.  Golden Years Plaza consists of 150 one-bedroom apartments in a 16-story building.  Golden Years Plaza was constructed as housing for elderly individuals and couples.  Today individuals, and couples, who
meet the income limits established for a specific family size, occupy Golden Years Plaza.
